What worked?
I found that out of the four planes that i made the dark pink one flew the furtherest. The structure of this plane was narrow and skinny and weighed more in the centre which i guess made it keep its balance while in the air.
What didn't work?
The light pink plane didn't really fly anywhere, but rather went straight down as i let go of it. This plane had a very skinny centre and very wide wings. I saw that if the wings and the centre of the plane were not balanced in weight, the plane wouldn't fly as far. The orange plane was built similar to the dark pink one, although i made a slight fold in the wings, which i think weighed it down causing it to not fly as far.
Because I had made up the structure of the planes on the spot, I think if i had researched online how to make a successful paper plane i would've had more success in having the planes fly longer and further.
